Mommy Meals: In the hospital

Baby Rosie has arrived!

In the midst of general exhaustion and soreness, posts for a while might just consist of food porn. 

On the bright side, my 30 day post-partum meal plan has started! So grateful to my mom for dedicatedly cooking for this new mommy as well as holding the baby while I eat. 

Week 1, Part 1: In the hospital

   

Mostly pork, mushrooms, 木耳 (edible wood fungus), ginger, pepper and cooking liquor. 

 

There was also a delicious fish & papaya soup. And a flask of black bean/red date/longan water daily.

Not part of post-partum meal plan: Copious amounts of chocolate and a skinny vanilla latte.
