Wild mushroom ravioli with Parmesan emulsion and a bordelaise reduction. There go all my carbs for the day!!!


I ate out for the second time last night since starting this healthy eating journey. 

It definitely helps me stay on track to look at the menu online beforehand and THINK about what I’m going to put in my body. 

Being intentional about my food has truly enhanced my enjoyment of it. It’s also made me more intentional about other aspects of my life – my spiritual life with God, my exercise, my family. I love it!

Also, I’m thankful for modern technology which enables me to look at menus online!!
