Shrimp wontons, two ways

Dear Offspring,

You do not like shrimp, but you will eat through an entire plate of shrimp wontons. I’m very proud.

Deep fried. Served with sweet chilli sauce. 

Also on the menu tonight: a simple stir-fry of chopped celery and toasted cashew nuts inspired by my friend, John Fang. Get his cook book, written in memory of his mother, here. 100% of the proceeds go to the non-profit No Stomach For Cancer. 

Boiled in chicken broth.
