A dear friend kindly fed me last week between me dropping off the kids at hers and dashing off to a school meeting. Since then, I haven’t been able to shake off the thought of her delicious Korean tacos.
So for dinner tonight, I attempted a taco experiment, served with kimchi nachos (a take on kimchi fries which seem very trendy now). Here are the results. What do you think?
